At Pass Time Fabrics, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping, and we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item and most non-defective items, provided you return them in the same state or packaging in which you received them (must NOT be washed or cut, no cigarette or other odors, etc). Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Books, Magazines, and Patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship only to the US and Canada currently. 

All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL; NO Returns are accepted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
