Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. Canadian and International shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.



All I want to do is to place an order. Do I need to join the mailing list?

No – you’re welcome to order as a Guest or as a Registered User without joining the mailing list. However, it pays to be a member because you’ll always receive a 10% discount!



What credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time you complete your order, at which time you will receive an e-mail notification.

  1.  Credit card billing address must match the billing address of the customer placing the order.
  2.  Shipping/handling costs will be automatically calculated for you and will be shown in your "Shopping Cart," along with all discounts that may  apply.
  3.  Indiana residents will be charged appropriate state/county sales tax.
  4.  Credit Card accounts will be billed once all "check out" procedures are complete.
  5.  An on-line, licensed third-party provider, with three-level encryption, provides credit card processing services. At no time will credit card numbers and/or billing information be stored.

 



How do I enter a promo code for an online purchase?

When you check out, you’ll be able to enter a discount code on your shopping cart.



Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail after ordering that will include tracking information.



What's the status of my order?

Registered users AND guest users will receive post-order e-mails regarding status and tracking information. Registered users will also be able to log in and see order status at any time.



Can I redeem a gift certificate purchased previously from Sewing Simplicity?

Yes, you can redeem a gift certificate by entering the certificate code when you checkout.



Are Gift Cards available?

Not currently, but they will be in the near future.



I can't find what I am looking for.

Check back often! New items are added to Sewing Simplicity.com every day, or drop me an email and I see what I can do to find it for you.



What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. Let us know if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll provide a replacement, account credit, or refund (minus shipping charges) when returned in unused condition.



What's the status of my order?

Sewing Simplicity takes great pride in the selection of ONLY top-notch fabrics for our catalog, online sales, and for special offers. We never offer anything less than premier-quality fabric, and it is always 100% cotton unless otherwise noted.



How wide is the average cut of fabric?

The fabric that we sell averages 42” – 44” wide.



I received my order. The color doesn't look quite the same as it did online. Now what?

Occasionally the display on any computer monitor or other device offers colors a little differently than they appear in real life. We make every effort to portray our fabrics and other items with the greatest of color accuracy. If you are not satisfied, remember that we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
