About us:

At Pass Time Fabrics, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping, and we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item and most non-defective items, provided you return them in the same state or packaging in which you received them (must NOT be washed or cut, no cigarette or other odors, etc). Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship only to the US and Canada currently. 

All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL; NO Returns are accepted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Incorrect or Defective Items

We stand by the high quality of our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a 
full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.

Changed Your Mind?

If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included).

If it is a cut-to-order piece, we charge a restocking fee of 15%. On Pre-packaged items, there may be no re-stocking fee, provided that the package is not opened.

We go to great lengths to give an image and description that will accurately describe the product, so our customers will get exactly what they want!
